STEP 1: Pre-Work Reflection


Through personal reflection, participants will have a chance to think about some of the challenges they encounter working in a team and why current strategies have not worked.

STEP 2. Interactive Sharing

Through the training session, participants will learn about the uses of Psychological Theory and engage in facilitated dialogue about similarities and differences.

STEP 3. Post Implementation

Through personal coaching, participants will learn how to map unique cultural, family and generational factors to their identity in transferring these insights to workplace usage.
